We were first treated to a nice walk through the neighborhood where we were introduced to a couple of the shops specializing in local ingredients.Then we headed into the kitchen and we’re taught how to put together two incredible dishes.
Definitely a worthwhile experience that helped us understand the culture better to appreciate during and after our visit.

I can’t recommend this enough!We booked it randomly a few months before our trip and had no idea how lucky we were to manage to book a class with Yuka san!We took the Okonomiyaki class, which was perfect and yummy but the added value was definitely Yuka san (and her great kid!). They explained so many things and did not shy away from having an enriching discussion with us on all kinds of topics.If you’re getting to Osaka, make sure to book a class!
