Step into the savory world of Japanese comfort food with our Ramen & Gyoza cooking class. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to create a rich, delicious bowl of ramen by combining several types of traditional Japanese dashi with a deep, flavorful chicken broth. Our recipe is designed to be simple and easy to recreate at home, yet full of authentic taste. We’ll also prepare a variety of toppings like marinated eggs and fresh vegetables so you can customize your ramen.
Next, we’ll make juicy pork-based gyoza from scratch. You’ll learn how to fill and fold them by hand, then cook them to perfection — crispy on the bottom, soft and juicy inside. It’s a fun, rewarding part of the class for all skill levels.
