Ramen and Gyoza Cooking Class Osaka

Welcome to our ramen and gyoza cooking class in Osaka, where you’ll experience the heart of Japanese comfort food in a fun and hands-on way. Whether you’re a noodle lover or a dumpling fan, this class is perfect for foodies of all levels.
In this experience, you’ll learn how to create a rich, delicious bowl of ramen by combining several types of traditional Japanese dashi with a deep, flavorful chicken broth. Our recipe is designed to be simple and easy to recreate at home, yet full of authentic taste. We’ll also prepare toppings like marinated eggs and fresh vegetables so you can customize your ramen.
Next, we’ll make juicy pork-based gyoza from scratch. You’ll learn how to fill and fold them by hand, then cook them to perfection — crispy on the bottom, soft and juicy inside. It’s a fun, rewarding part of the class for all skill levels.
All cooking classes include a local shop tour. We will meet at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and guide you through the nearby local shops before cooking begins.
